The hotel has very friendly staff and the double room has a comfortable bed.

The hotel has a quiet atmosphere and is conveniently located next to the train station. the breakfast is savory and generous, offering a wide variety of food.

Location just next door to a sweet cafe, a serene, pittoresque canal on the on side, on the other side the stop of the vaporetto and the beautiful church. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.

Really enjoyed Venice, the hotel was beautifully kept close to a ferry station. We had the double room which was reasonably large and huge. The entire staff were amiable and very nice! The location was comfortable and easy, at a walking distance from a wide canal.

The room was spotless and nicely decorated. It had a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a TV. the location was fantastic, surrounded by wonderful restaurants, cozy bars, and a sweet cafe.

The building and rooms here are very good and the decoration is comfortable.

The hotel is situated just off the airport, with a serene and picturesque canal on one side and the vaporetto stop, garden, and church on the other. Trattoria da Mimmo, offering delicious food, is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

The location was ideal, being very close to restaurants and bars. It was also conveniently close to a ferry station, making it easy to explore Italy's major tourist destinations. the room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the church.

The bedsheets could have been cleaner, which was a slight disappointment.

The breakfast here is great! They have a nice variety of options, like croissants, cakes, fresh fruit, and cheese. The rooms are super clean and spacious, with a gorgeous view and a really comfortable bed. 😊

The hosts were helpful and provided lots of information. Good location with plenty of dining options nearby. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The room was just as pictured, and Max gave great recommendations for activities.
